Participants will create DIY stress balls, write affirmations, and explore other easy, hands-on strategies for managing stress and supporting emotional wellness. Presented in partnership with Rowan Reyes, Registred Mental Health Counselor Intern, this program will offer practical techniques in a relaxed, encouraging environment.
