Join us for a relaxed, no-pressure crafting session. We’ll provide tea, coffee, craft supplies, and good tunes. Just bring yourself and your creativity. Bring your own projects if you like, or explore what’s on hand.

Dr. Will X. Cao from Lang Acupuncture Wellness Center will discuss and demonstrate the basics of Qi Gong, a practice that combines gentle movement, breathing, and meditation to promote balance and well-being.
