Join Jamie Binkley, a fitness instructor at the Crosby Wellness Center at the Center for Health & Wellbeing, for this fun and relaxing Tai Chi for Beginners Class. We will begin with standing meditation and progress to basic gentle movements, coordinating breath with movement. Beginners are welcome. Comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended.
