March 19, the referendum for the new library building passed. We are so excited to embark on a new chapter in the long history of the Maitland Public Library. Thank you to the City and people of Maitland for your outpouring of support.

Our annual Poetry Contest Awards & Coffeehouse was held on Friday, April 26. This year's theme was Dreams & Dragons. Thanks to everyone who submitted a poem in our youth and adult categories. The poems were excellent.
