Tai Chi and Breath Work

Are you looking for a way to reduce stress and connect with your body? Tai chi is a gentle form of exercise practiced for thousands of years involving a series of movements performed in a slow, focused way. Join an instructor from the Crosby Wellness Center at the Center for Health & Wellbeing, to learn the ancient practice of tai chi and breath work. No previous tai chi experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.
Registration is not required, but RSVP and let us know if you will be attending. Ages 14 and up.
