Shop Once, Make Five Meals

Often the inexpensive, time-saving foods chosen when you have not planned well are the highest in sugar, fat and calories. In this class, menu planning couldn’t get any simpler with a grocery list that includes all the items needed for five quick and healthy meals and the recipes to prepare four servings of each.
