Good Grief Workshop

Join us as Bereavement Counselor and author Annie Hisle discusses practices that help us all adapt to the inevitable losses in life. Annie also has quotes for inspiration and will leave time for questions.

After one of Annie’s recent talks, a Buddhist participanttold Annie. “Many Buddhists believe each human life has 10,000 joys and 10,000 sufferings. By dealing with and practicing your suggested practices, I believe we end up having 15,000 joys and 5,000 sufferings.”
