Basics of Barre

Barre classes are a great and safe way to work out while keeping joints safe, increasing core strength and balance. In this program, led by Tracy Foust of the Crosby Wellness Center at the Center for Health & Wellbeing, come learn the basics of Barre and feel more confidence to start incorporating it in your wellbeing journey. Please come dressed in comfortable fitness attire and bring your own exercise mat and water bottle. No registration required.
