Muppets from Space movieSunday, February 23: 1:00-4:00 pm
Camp Out Under the Stars
Bring your sleeping bags, make yummy s’mores and watch ‘Muppets in Space’ with us. This is an indoor activity. All ages, no registration required.

Come make a fun, space-themed craft! For all ages, no registration required.

Junior Astronomers with Nanci Adler
Come learn about astronomy with Miss Nanci, then make a sundial afterwards! For 1st-5th grade students, no registration required.

Telescope Viewing at Quinn Strong Park, 7:00-9:00 pm
Join astronomy enthusiast and Maitland Rotarian Steve Ruta to view the stars like you’ve never seen them before. Meet at Quinn Strong Park. All ages; no registration required. (Weather permitting)

Sunspot Viewing
We’ll have a telescope set up outside with a special solar filter so you can view the Sun safely! Open to all ages, no registration required.

The Library Telescope
Are you fascinated by the stars? The library has an Orion Starblast telescope you can BORROW and TAKE HOME to use (adult cardholders only). Yes, you can check it out! Place a hold in the catalog.
