Create an Account
How to Log in
Maitland Public Library now has over 50,000 electronic books
(eBooks) in our
online netLibrary collection. You can search
eBooks by title, author, and
subject, and read them online from
your home or
office
on PC.
An account
must
be created on one of the 3 public access computers
in the Maitland Public
Library.
Our librarians will be happy to help if
you need assistance in creating your account. We can also create the
account for you.
Once you have an account, you will be able to log on to
the netLibrary
collection
from your home or office. To be eligible to create
an account you must
have a
Maitland Public Library resident or non-resident
fee card. Reciprocal
borrowers
use the eBook collection provided by their
home library (Winter Park or
Orange County)
Creating an Account
Using one of our public access computers, log on to the Internet.
Click on the Create a Free Account link in the upper right-hand
corner of the screen. Enter a username, password, and your email
address
Once you have created an account, you may access eBooks from your home
or office internet-connected computer; just go to
www.netlibrary.com
and log in using your username and password.
How to Log In
Its easy
1. Go to www.netlibrary.com and click on
the Log In link on the top right
corner of the screen.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate boxes
3. Click on the red Log In button
If there is no activity for 15 minutes the window will close and netLibrary will
automatically close your session. To resume reading the book, you will
have to log back in to netLibrary.
